In a late-night release on July 30, Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR, addressed recent allegations accusing her of covering up sexual harassment within her company.
The CEO took to her personal space to provide a detailed explanation and share evidence to clarify the situation and refute ongoing speculations.
"I would like to use my personal space to share the accurate details and truth about the sexual harassment cover-up allegation. I hope everyone will stop making random remarks and speculations about the issue after reading this."

Min Hee-jin's detailed response included screenshots of Kakaotalk conversations between herself and various parties involved in the dispute.
She expressed regret over how the conflict between her and HYBE escalated.
"I know that the conflict between me and HYBE has developed in such a strange way. I apologize for that. I believe that this matter, which had already been wrapped up with HYBE's investigation and conclusion, was brought up at the wrong time with a distorted view. Therefore, I felt the need to correct it because I, the parties involved, and advertisers, are suffering secondary damage."

The controversy began with a dinner meeting involving Director A, Advertiser C, and B, a company employee responsible for advertising and partnerships.
According to Min Hee-jin's account, Director A, who joined ADOR in February, had suggested B join the dinner to facilitate better communication and understanding of a long-term partnership.
However, B politely declined, feeling her presence might not be suitable for the meeting.
"I feel like my presence might not suit the dinner meeting"
-Director B
Miscommunication led Director A to believe B was hesitant but willing to attend.
Director A had to leave the dinner early due to an emergency meeting.
B stayed behind and reported back to Director A after the meeting.
Despite this, tensions arose between Directors A and B, eventually leading to B's departure from ADOR and filing a harassment complaint on March 7.
HYBE's investigation, which concluded on March 16, found no evidence of harassment.
Following B's dissatisfaction with the outcome of the investigation, Min Hee-jin attempted to mediate the situation.
She suggested B and Director A resolve their misunderstandings and even offered to accompany B if she felt uncomfortable. Min Hee-jin recommended B stay with ADOR, which B initially appreciated.
Contrary to claims of favoritism, Min Hee-jin's released messages showed she was critical of Director A's conduct and addressed his mistakes.
She revealed that she had strongly reprimanded A for his actions and emphasized the need to prevent the recurrence of such issues.
"I was very angry after hearing B's situation and scolded A on the phone for two hours".
-Min Hee Jin
In concluding remarks, Min Hee-jin expressed her hope that the controversy would end and urged the public to refrain from further speculation.
"I believe that B, who has already left the company, is feeling very uncomfortable about the current situation as the suspicions spread, just like I am. I hope this meaningless controversy and debate will end here and people will refrain from making further speculations about the people involved. I wish happiness for all of us, including A, B, and myself."
