On July 31, 2024, two of the biggest Korean stars in the industry - BLACKPINK's Jennie and Suzy - shocked netizens by appearing in public together. Both stars attended the "Revolver" press screening. While it is not unusual for celebrities to be invited to such events, many were shocked that they opted to attend together.

Photographed by side in contrasting outfits, Suzy wore a pure tube crop top paired with pants and a cardigan, while Jennie sported a cool and mysterious look with a black tank top and a bucket hat that hid her face. As some of the biggest stars in the industry, it is not unusual to assume that the two are connected and are friends. However, as this is the first publicized display of friendship between Jennie and the "Doona" lead actress, many fans were left in awe.

As this is her first public appearance after her indoor smoking controversy, Jennie opted for a less noticeable outfit with a hat covering half of her face.
