Juicy Seyeon Didn't Meet Bang Si Hyuk 'By Chance'? BJ Reveals Truth About Viral Video

Amid the relationship controversy involving HYBE Chairman Bang Si Hyuk and Juicy Seyeon, the latter personally addressed rumors about them.

On August 6, a video of Bang and Seyeon walking together, along with Seyeon's older sister, at a crosswalk in Los Angeles went viral online.

When negative criticism arose, HYBE initially stated that Bang had met them while addressing issues related to impersonation. The chairman then accompanied them to Los Angeles and brought them to a popular luxury restaurant.

Despite HYBE's statement, Seyeon continued to receive comments questioning how she met Bang "by chance."

However, this didn't silence K-Netz, as Seyeon was bombarded with more comments asking how she met Bang "by chance."

On August 11, camgirl Seyeon did a live broadcast to address the situation on AfreecaTV. She expressed her surprise at becoming popular among Koreans within just a month, even referring to herself as a "World Star.

However, she clarified her actual relationship with the chairman and explained:

"I got to know him while catching a person impersonating HYBE. Last year, I received an Instagram DM from a so-called HYBE. It wasn't a business conversation but they were saying strange things, so I asked Chairman Bang Si Hyuk through my older sister who personally knows him, and that's how we found out that it was a fraudster."

Seyeon added that the impersonator was eventually jailed after being caught, stating that it was a serious case with other victims involved.

Regarding questions about how they met Bang "by chance" in the U.S., Seyeon clarified that the story was distorted by some media, leading to a misunderstanding. She admitted that it was not a coincidence.

Instead, the siblings accompanied Bang to the high-end restaurant after the HYBE founder helped them make a reservation, using his connections.

As the restaurant was extremely popular, it could have taken them a month to secure a reservation, so they accepted Bang's offer following the impersonation case.

Regarding a viral photo showing Chairman Bang taking a picture of her older sister, Seyeon provided context:

"I also saw it posted on the internet. That day, my sister and I were caught on video on the street, and on the day we were going to the restaurant, my stomach hurt so much that the sweet chairman took a picture of my older sister while I was in the bathroom.

I was in the bathroom, so I didn't know. The chairman helped her find a good angle for the picture and told her how to take it."

Despite facing a crisis after being linked to Bang, Seyeon remains optimistic, saying:

"I think there's no one in Korea who doesn't know me now because of the picture of me walking on a crosswalk. It's like I became a celebrity even though I'm not.

Netflix's 'The Influencer' is getting promoted, and my comeback live broadcast is getting a lot of attention and being glamorous, which is funny. I thought maybe I did something wrong, got nervous, and ended up like this, but on the other hand, I'm grateful."
