2PM's Ok Taecyeon is rumored to have married his non-celebrity girlfriend after photos of him kneeling in Paris circulated online.
On Wednesday, online communities began sharing photos showing Taecyeon kneeling and presenting what appeared to be a ring to his girlfriend while they were in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The social media who initially shared the photo pointed out that the images were taken in April 2023, fueling speculations that the pair may have tied the knot.
Later that day, Taecyeon's agency 51K debunked the rumors as untrue and added that the photo was taken to celebrate his girlfriend's birthday.

"Since she is a non-celebrity, we are also taken aback by the photo leak," the agency said in a statement, as quoted by Soompi.
The agency added that the pair continues to have a good relationship and that they do not have immediate plans to get married.
It was also noted that the social media user who shared the photo has since deleted the post.
Taecyeon's Relationship Timeline
Taecyeon began dating his girlfriend in 2017 but only went public with their relationship in June 2020. It was the first time the 2PM crooner publicly acknowledged any of his relationships since he debuted with the group in 2008.
Not much is known about his girlfriend except that she is an office worker approximately three years younger than Taecyeon. The pair has also been very careful in maintaining a low profile to protect her privacy.
That said, they have been spotted together in public on several occasions, including in December 2024 during a winter date in Seoul's Apgujeong district and walking around the streets of Sinsa-dong without wearing disguises.
Taecyeon's Career
Taecyeon has been a member of the elite boyband 2PM since 2008. He has also ventured in acting, starring in films like "Marriage Blue," "House of the Disappeared," and "La Grande Maison Paris."
Apart from movies, Taecyeon has featured in hit Korean dramas such as "Who Are You?," "Vincenzo," and "Heartbeat."
