Singer Goo Ja Myeong who recently lost 36kg revealed his diet secrets.

On July 6, Goo Ja Myeong posted on his Me2day, "I walked 30 minutes after every meal and drank more than 4 liters of water a day."

He said, "I've tried many different diets but I think the best one is to eat well and exercise. I lost 36kg since 'The Great Birth.'"
