As many duty-free stores have been hiring idols as their models, they have been targeting many Japanese and Chinese tourists.

Shinsegae hired group B2ST as their very first model. The 6-member idol group is popular not only in Korea but all around Asia.

A representative said, "We chose the popular group B2ST as our model. We are hoping to get more Japanese and Chinese tourist customers through our various promotions and events."

Lotte Duty Free Store has been gathering a 'Lotte family' through many stars that they've used as their models, including Jang Geun Suk, 2PM, Super Junior, and more.

The Shilla has been using group TVXQ and group f(x)'s member Victoria.
