Anthony Weiner's Campaign Manager Quits: Sexting Story Again May Have Been Too Much For Danny Kadem, Yet Possibly Future NYC Mayor Says Others Are Volunteering Their Services

Anthony Weiner's campaign manager quits following another sexting scandal with the potential candidate for mayor of New York City.

Danny Kadem, 31, was the operative who previously worked for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and declined to comment on quitting as Anthony Weiner's mayoral campaign manager.

"Danny has left the campaign," Weiner told CNN affiliate NY1 after his campaign manager quit the staff. "He did a remarkable job."

According to Anthony Weiner himself, others have volunteered their services to replace Kadem.

"This isn't about the people working on the campaign, it's about the people that we're working for," Weiner said.

With last Tuesday's press conference regarding another sexting partner after photos leaked and a cyber-sex conversation between Weiner and another woman, he would admit that there were two other women following his departure as Congressman after the first sexting incident was revealed in 2011.

"I think it's become very clear that former Congress member Weiner has a pattern of reckless behavior, an inability to tell the truth and a real lack of maturity and responsibility," City Council Speaker Christine Quinn said on NBC's "Meet the Press." "I don't think he should be mayor, and I think voters, if he stays in the race, will make that very clear."

Ever since the press conference on Tuesday, a poll showed him dropping to second place among Democratic candidates for mayor and his favorable numbers plummeting.
