Minecon 2013 Tickets Coming This Week As July Ends? Mojang Expected To Announce Details For Passes And Hotel Packages This Month

Tomorrow is going to be the last day for July and a lot of Minecraft fans are now keenly anticipating the announcement regarding Minecon 2013 tickets.

At the beginning of this month, Mojang, the indie developer of Minecraft, revealed that the 3rd all-things Minecraft event will happen in Orlando, Florida on November 2-3. Aside from Minecon 2013 location, Mojang also promised Minecraft fans that they will announce more details about tickets and hotel packages later this month.

And since July is about to end, interested attendees for the third all-things Minecraft event can't wait to get updates about the availability of Minecon 2013 tickets. However, the game creator is still keeping its mum about it.

However, the release of Minecon 2013 tickets seem to be already on the horizon since the official page for the event is now accesible, although it is still showing a completely blank white page. However, the browser tab for the page (MINECON.MOJANG.COM) already reads, MINECON 2013. According to a tweet from Minecon2013, this is where the Minecon tickets were sold last year.

Vu Bui from Twitter, with username @vubui, posted something about Minecon 2013 tickets, which seem to be a response for @puresurplus. The tweet reads, "it will still be 'next week' for a bit more time. ;)"

Vu Bu further clarified his tweet saying, "Perhaps I wrote that in a way that wasn't easy to understand. It's next week now, and will still be next week all week."

However, if Mojang will deliver to its promise, Minecraft fans should get updates about Minecon 2013 tickets and hotel accommodation packages later today or tomorrow, July 31.

There are unofficial reports stating that the venue for Minecon 2013 will be at the Orange County Convention Center, particularly at the West Building. Allegedly, 7000 Minecon 2013 tickets will be sold as the venue can only hold that number of attendees.
