New Eminem album 2013: Will Kendrick Lamar join the Detroit rapper on his eighth studio album that supposedly will be hitting the stores sometime in the fall.

The new Eminem album in 2013, which is still untitled at the moment, could easily feature one of the newest mainstream stars in Lamar because of Aftermath and Interscope Records. In 2012, the "Poetic Justice" rapper and the independent record label he signed with, Top Dawg Entertainment, did a joint venture deal.

Kendrick Lamar and the Black Hippy Crew took a trip to meet up with Eminem, but even they weren't sure exactly about getting a verse on a track or any involvement for the new album in 2013. Besides Dr. Dre and No I.D., nobody has come forward to announce that they will be on the album as a guest.

"We weren't trying to go in there all, 'Oh let me get a verse.' We hate when people do that to us, so we actually wanted to go in there and be cool and feel him out and see what was going on before anybody asked for a verse," Schoolboy Q  of the Black Hippy Crew told MTV in June about meeting with Eminem.

"We just sat there, we chilled, we talked. We expressed what we liked about each other's music, we talked about Slaughterhouse, we talked about his artists, we talked about us individually. He's just a good dude, just chillin."

Also in attendance besides Kendrick Lamar, Eminem and Schoolboy Q were Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, Royce da 5'9," Mr. Porter and Schoolboy.

The meeting reached a point where it was mostly talking between K-Dot and Slim Shady. Q said that he sat back and observed it all.

"I sat in there and I didn't say nothing. I soaked up game, I didn't want to say too much," he told MTV. "I can't go in there running my mouth trying to act like I know everything, that's a dude that done been from nothing to something. I sat there and I just soaked up game. I didn't really say too much, I was just listening really. I'm sure one the homeys gonna ask for a verse though."
