After School Nana, Fully Recovered And Ready For The Runway

After School's Nana is about to make a triumphant return to the runway next Sunday after recovering from a pelvis injury she sustained back in June.

Nana was absent from promotional activities with her group, After School, for nearly two months as she recovered from a rather nasty pelvic injury.

Now the 21-year-old model-turned-idol has announced through her agency, Pledis Entertainment, that she will officially resume activities from next week when she will appear on the runway at the A-Nation festival in Japan.

A-Nation is one of the biggest cultural events in Japan boasting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year since in began in 2002. The festival includes some of the biggest name performers from around Asia and Japan.

The festival kicked off on August 3 and takes place in various cities around Japan.

Next Sunday, Nana will get back in touch with her model roots as she struts her stuff on the catwalk as part of A-Nation's 'NYLON' fashion show. The event will be held at the Island Stage near the National Gymnasium in Tokyo.

The fashion show will be in collaboration with Girls Award and will also feature well-known Japanese models Kozue Akimoto, AMO, IMALU, and Una, among others.

Nana has also made her own impact on the Japanese fashion industry in recent years as one of the main models for the Tokyo Girls Collection fashion show in 2011 and through regular appearances on Tokyo Brandnew Girls, a TV fashion program in the country.
