UFO Sighting Video Hoax At Canadian Baseball Game Confirmed: Other Sightings Videos Now Called Into Question

The recent viral UFO sighting during a Canadian minor league baseball game has been confirmed to be a hoax by the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre.

"The image of a drone in the shape of the Space Centre was captured by web cams, camera phones and video in and around Vancouver locations such as Deep Cove, Jericho Beach, Burrard and Cornwall, and Nat Bailey Stadium, including during last night's Vancouver Canadians

Game," says the official press release by the Space Centre.

"The goal of the faux UFO was to create a buzz about the new planetarium viewer experience at Vanier Park. The Planetarium Theatre at the Space Centre underwent a half million dollar upgrade this summer."

While the UFO sighting video has since gone viral, many UFO enthusiasts are upset by the hoax as further denigrating to other potentially legitimate sightings and videos.

And not surprisingly, several UFO sightings since the hoax have since been accused of being hoaxes as well.

As seen in this UFO sighting video below, this alleged sighting features a particularly strange formation up in the sky, and opinions have been divided as to its legitimacy.

"Well looks like you got a nice dark cloud there. Gee thanks," writes YouTuber AnonymousTerrorest.

Another supposed UFO sighting video is being met with the same skepticism. Like the Canadian baseball sighting, the general theory is that this is simply an aircraft.
