Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina Lohan arrested for DUI - like daughter like mother!  
Dina Lohan was arrested in New York for driving 77 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone.  Her blood alcohol content tested at .2, over the legal limit of .08.  Lindsay Lohan has been arrested twice for DUI.
"Lohan made an allegation that she was injured during the course of the arrest" a statement from police officials said, but she "recanted her claims" once medics came to the scene and ascertained she was fine.
Lindsay Lohan has been in the spotlight recently after her rehab release and Oprah interview and docuseries.  Lindsay was in rehab recently due to a court order.  Lindsay's history of probation and jail is long and storied.  But because Lindsay grew up as a child star with parents many concerned were not being good parents, people have given Lindsay Lohan a bit of empathy and understanding for her situation.
Lindsay Lohan's parents Dina and Michael Lohan have been in the news a lot in their own right.  Dina Lohan once said that Lindsay was the way she was because Lindsay saw father Michael abuse Dina.  
Lindsay tweeted about Michael in 2010 before deleting it: "verbally/literally HURT my mother, brothers, sister Aliana ... why, i ask u?"

Dina Lohan also raised people's concerns when some thought she appeared incoherent during a recent interview with Dr. Phil and questioned if she was drunk.

Lindsay Lohan admitted in the Oprah interview that dealing with her family growing up wasn't easy: "I grew up in a very chaotic home and there were moments of everything being just wonderful and perfect and then things being so uncontrollable and chaotic." 

However, Lindsay doesn't blame her parents Dina and Michael Lohan, also saying in the Oprah interview: "They're just parents, at the end of the day. I don't blame anyone for my mistakes." 
How Lindsay Lohan deals with this latest parents drama with her mom Dina Lohan's DUI arrest will depend on the skills she learned in therapy in rehab.  Hopefully Lindsay won't be too distracted from the path of recovery by her mom Dina Lohan's DUI arrest antics.
