Miley Cyrus and fiance Liam Hemsworth may have split for real this time. According to reports, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are putting their engagement on hold, and some wonder if the couple will ever get married.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer and her "Hunger Games" fiance are officially "on a break," Radar Online reports.

"They've split for now," the insider told the website. "Miley and Liam have a very tumultuous relationship and both are exhausted. It's a complicated relationship. The wedding is on hold, for now. It's not cancelled but it doesn't look promising."

The news of their engagement possibly coming to an end comes just days after it was discovered by fans that Miley Cyrus unfollowed her fiance Liam Hemsworth on Twitter on September 14, suggesting that they were on the outs with each other.

Why have the couple split? Perhaps it has something to do with the recent cheating rumors revolving around Liam Hemsworth.

Hemsworth, 23, was allegedly spotted kissing an unidentified brunette in Toronto on Friday.

According to Page Six, Liam was "locking lips with a random brunette" at LDV Hospitality's pop-up club Bungalow 8 on the Thompson Hotel rooftop on September 7. Later, "they left together."

A rep for Hemsworth has insisted: "There is no truth whatsoever to any of this," Radar Online reports.

Liam was also recently rumored to be cheating on his fiance with actress January Jones, IB Times reports.

According to a report from Us Weekly, Hemsworth sent a series of explicit texts to the "Mad Men" star.

A rep for Hemsworth confirmed to JustJared.com on September 11 that the rumors were false.

"We officially never comment on his personal life; however, we are breaking with tradition to set the record straight," Hemsworth's rep said. "The story of Liam Hemsworth and January Jones is entirely fabricated. There is no truth whatsoever to this tabloid fiction." 

While the rumors are reportedly untrue, they are probably having a negative effect on Miley and Liam's engagement.
