iPhone 5S Release Date: Japanese iPhone Lovers Brave Typhoon To Stay In Line Outside Apple Store

The iPhone 5S and its supposedly cheaper sibling the iPhone 5C was launched almost a week ago, and now it's the time of the year to line up while waiting for the iPhone 5S release date which is on the 20th. However, just like most Apple fans, there are some who are willing to get wet in the middle of a typhoon (hurricane equivalent in the Pacific) just to stay in line outside a store in Japan.

According to reports from GSM Arena, several loyal Apple fans stayed outside of the company's branch store in Tokyo Ginza just so they would keep their respective 'order' in line.

Fortunately, the Apple store staff opened their doors early and let the 'early birds' stay inside the store until the typhoon subsides. One of the delighted fans even recorded his experience. Here's the recorded video.

Apple's new iPhones the 5S and 5C will hit the stores on September 20 in several countries, including Japan and China, which by the way is getting the Apple phones on their first wave for the first time.
