Old iPhone users up to iPhone 4 can take advantage of the new set of features in the Jonny Ive-inspired OS.

Amongst the many features of the new OS, the Camera App, AirDrop, iTunes Radio and iPhone Lock could easily become the favorites once avid users who wants to have an updated OS takes advantage of the free update.

According to USA Today, when the Camera App opens, beyond stills or video, the user will get two other labeled options; shooting the photo as a square picture or panorama. The camera app will also allow the user to edit photos with Instagram-like filters.

AirDrop is another functionality that is sure to accommodate many user’s qualms and technological fantasies with the new iOS 7. It’s Apple’s answer to the Samsung Galaxy S line of phones which allow users to share files and photos by clicking the phones together, noted USA Today. The new activation lock feature requires your Apple ID and password before you can turn off Find My iPhone. The measure is known to have been added to thwart the rising instances of iPhone thievery.
