Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are a couple no more. This is according to a report by E! Online, stating, "[Miley's] rep confirmed today that they have ended their 15-month engagement."

This came after people noticed that Cyrus had unfollowed Hemsworth in Twitter last Saturday, and the hunky actor returned the favor on Monday afternoon.

Over the weekend, 23-year old Hemsworth was in Las Vegas with his friends to watch the Floyd Mayweather-Saul Alvarez bout. While he was in a group before, during, and after the event, the "Hunger Games" actor was also spotted paying special attention to singer-actress Eiza Gonzalez at XS Nightclub after the match.

Life & Style quotes an eyewitness as saying, "They never left each other's sides. They were with a few people and spent a few minutes at the VIP DJ stage table. They then headed back to a more private VIP bungalow cabana near the pool."

While the youngest Hemsworth was in Las Vegas, the Bangerz artist was in Europe. The couple had been in an on-again, off-again relationship, even after their engagement in June 2012. They had seen some really rocky times lately.

But while Liam and Miley have grown quite cold, the Australian actor seems to be warming up to the 23-year old Mexican performer. There is no certainty whether this coziness had been the cause of the Miley-Liam breakup, or if the actor was already unattached prior to the weekend's events.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with a bit of Italian, Gonzalez entered the entertainment industry at a relatively young age, and had landed the major role in a telenovela, "Lola...Érase una vez," when she was 16. From 2012 to 2013, she played the role of Nicole "Nikki" Brizz Balvanera in the TV series "Amores verdaderos." She began her recording career in 2008, and had since released two albums.

The source added, "They had drinks and talked in the bungalow. They left together with the rest of the group around 2 a.m."
