Sims 4 News: EA’s Upcoming 2014 Simulation Game Includes New Features Like Beard And Hair Growth, Special Emotion For Each Life Cycle [LIST]

With The Sims 4 set to arrive on 2014, more and more information and details about the forthcoming simulation game are continuously emerging online.

For one, SimsVIP had a recent post about Sims 4 news sharing ten interesting facts about EA's 2014 simulation game. The facts were originally posted on the latest issue of The Official Magazine of The Sims 3 Spain.

The bulleted facts revealed new things and features about The Sims 4 including growth of facial and head hair over time. 1-      There will be right-handed Sims... ¡but there will also be left-handed Sims!

2-      The Sims 4 will work better in low-end machines than The Sims 3.

3-      With the passage of time, hair and beard will grow.

4-      The wind will make the Sims' hair and clothing move.

5-      With the Create a Sim feature, you will be able to change the feet size.

6-      Pregnant Sims will have unique emotions that no one else will experience.

7-      There will be three voice types for men and women.

8-      There won't be Wishes, but little goals for Sims to accomplish and gain awesome rewards.

9-      Every life cycle will have a special emotion only for Sims in it.

10-   Sims won't die randomly anymore, like by a meteor strike or a lightning. They will die only by things done by the player.

As for more The Sims 4 news, it is announced that the new Sims will be more emotional, as Maxis is overhauling the internal lives of the virtual people to "create a greater sense of autonomy and personality".

According to producer Ryan Vaughan, as cited in Edge Online, "People have always extended their emotions onto their Sims. Now, Sims have their own emotions and they're going to be pushing back against the player. They're living beings, they have feelings, and the gameplay evolves from that."

Moreover, according to the post, there will be a total of 14 emotional states, existing as a separate state with "varying degrees of intensity", rather than on a spectrum.
