Several hours ago, GPU (graphics processing unit) manufacturer NVIDIA announced its upcoming Android tablet platform, the Tegra Note and will reportedly retail at a suggested price of only $199.

According to GSM Arena, the tablet will sport a 7-inch IPS display with 1280x800 pixel resolution, 5MP of primary camera and a VGA front cam, 16GB of internal memory, microSD support, and an improved speaker with support for bass-reflex.

The Tegra Note is reported to be a powerhouse gaming tablet, thanks to its Tegra 4 SoC and quadcore Cortex-A15 CPU with 72-core GeForce GPU. With those juicy specs, NVIDIA claims the Tegra Note to be the most powerful device in its size group.
