Kelly Osbourne's diet will have to temporarily take a rest for the celebrity will sue the landlord of the West Hollywood apartment that she is currently renting. Reports claim that the landlord refuses to reimburse the security deposit of the actress when she attempted to leave. The deposit amounts to $18,700.

The landlord of the said property has declined to return the security deposit since the 28-year-old Osbourne allegedly did not take care of his property.

According to the landlord, the security deposit will not suffice for the damages that his property acquired during Osbourne's stay. In an e-mail sent to the latter, the landlord details that her security deposit is not even enough to pay for the apartment's reparations as well as the cleaning expenses. For the landlord, it will take more than $18,700 to recover the once-pristine state of the abode.

 However, Osbourne refuses to accept such reason, that's why she's taking everything into court. If proven that the damages are not that many, the landlord will be mandated to pay double the amount.

Other celebrities such as Adam Lambert, Brody Jenner, and Lindsay Lohan have similarly lived in the luxury apartment.
