Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 Rumors: Giant Tablet With Model No. SM-P901 Is Arriving End Of 2013, Spotted At Bluetooth SIG Filing

Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 rumors are bubbling up again, especially since the rumored device by the South Korean tech giant was spotted at a Bluetooh certification forum. The certificate notes a device with model number SM-P901, similar to the previously leaked render of a an alleged Samsung 12.2 tablet.

According to Android Headlines who first saw the listing, the specifications of Samsung Galaxy 12.2 include a 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution display, similar to the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition.

In an earlier report, Android Community stated that the device was filed under the model number SM-P900 which hints that the android tablet will probably be S-pen enabled.

A leaked render of the device by Moveplayer reveals some details about the upcoming gadget that could well break the records on the standard size of a tablet.

Android Community also says that Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 will have a physical home button on its forward facing surface right at the bottom. This has so far only been on its smartphones, some of the phablets and the 8in tablets.

Android Community’s earlier report confirmed Android Headlines’ specs of 2560 by 1600 pixels resolution display. Despite not having an actual photo, Android Community believes that the Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 brings out the truth in the rumors of Samsung releasing a 12in tablet. A tablet of this size will be a first from Samsung.
