But that isn't her only secret. Loren's beauty is also due to a regular routine of exercise and healthy eating, Softpedia.com reports.

2. "I always wake up early and jump out of bed - sometimes not wanting to, because one can always find an alibi not to exercise - and then I take a walk for an hour," she said in an interview going back a couple of years.

She said to reporters, "I really suffer with jet lag."
