GTA 5 PC Release Date News: XML File Leaks Computer Version? Beta Reference In PS3 Version Game Reveals Future of Rockstar Game

XML files from the Playstation 3 version of Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto 5 have revealed that the developer might be working on a computer version of the game.

On Monday, new purported proof of the GTA V PC port hit Pastebin, reigniting speculation that at least one additional version of Grand Theft Auto V would be coming down the Rockstar Games pipeline at some point in the future, the International Digital Times reports.

Assuming the rumors are true, those thinking about picking up a copy of the GTA V PC port (if/when it launches) may very well need to make upgrade a few components in their gaming rigs, depending on how modern your machine may/may not be, the International Digital Times also reports.

Two new retailers, Gameseek and Zavvi, have now also leaked GTA 5 for PC - the former lists a release date for November 22, 2013, while the latter has it coming out on December 6, 2013, GameZone.com reports.

It's also worth noting that both the German and France sides of Amazon also list GTA 5 for PC, though they refrain from mentioning a release date, GameZone.com also reports.

A petition to release a PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 has surpassed over 500,000 signatures, the Inquirer reports, leaving many gamers wondering if Rockstar will release a computer version of the game.

Rockstar Games has always held fast to its release schedules - with the impending launch of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, the studio has no reason to change its formula, CNET.com writes.
