Watch The Best Of Merritt Wever On Nurse Jackie [VIDEOS] As Season 5 Begins Filming!

Merritt Wever of "Nurse Jackie" has her first Emmy, but that doesn't mean the previous four seasons as Zoey have not been comedy gold.

During her acceptance speech after winning Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, Merritt Wever displayed her awkward yet genuine comedy timing by giving the shortest Emmy acceptance speech ever.

"Thank you so much. Thank you much. Um, I gotta go. Bye."

This, like her "Nurse Jackie" character, is exactly what makes Wever so funny.

"We laughed our fool heads off!" says "Nurse Jackie" star Edie Falco as she recounts filming a scene with Wever. "As soon as she would go off-script, I could barely keep it together until the second they yelled cut, and everybody would fall on the floor."

"It's one of the greatest joys about working on the show. I'm thrilled when I look on the day's schedule and see that I get to work with her. My whole mood lifts."

And you can see why from some of the clips featuring Wever as Zoey on "Nurse Jackie" below.

According to Wever, season 6 of "Nurse Jackie" will begin filming starting this week, and the actress will also film two more episodes of "New Girl" to finish her arc.
