The first survival battle between the two teams on YG Entertainment's "WIN" was won by Team A. The deciding factor was the votes of female fans in their 20s.

The battle was recorded and televised on September 27th on the sixth episode of "WIN." Team A (51.37% of the total votes) edged out Team B (48.63% of the total votes) by 2.74%. It was the opposite result of the judge's voting on the program.

YG Entertainment issued a statement, saying, "Our judges voted for Team B. We all expected Team B to win the viewers' votes as well. The results were the opposite of our expectations, but as we stated before, the entirety of the decision will be left up to the viewers. We respect their decision."

Nielsen Korea issued a statement saying that majority of the viewers and voters were women in their 20s. Kang Seung Yoon and Lee Seung Hoon's previous TV exposure seems to have helped them out significantly. The ratings for the show peaked when Team B performed G-Dragon's "One Of A Kind." The ultimate winner of "WIN" will be decided after 3 survival battles, the first of which Team A has won. Voting can be done through KakaoTalk, Fantasy Runner for Kakao (Mobile Game), and on Daum.net.
