Girls' Generation's new Japan song and tour DVD has been ranking high on the Japan Oricon charts for the past two weeks.

Their 8th Japan single, Galaxy Supernova, has been at number 5 on the daily single chart and their Japan arena tour DVD, 'Girls' Generation-Girls&Peace-Japan 2nd Tour' DVD have been placed at number 3 on the daily DVD chart.

Also, their arena tour DVD was ranked number 1 for the collective DVD daily chart as well, showing their popularity in Japan.

Their DVD contains footage from t heir tour from earlier this year when they traveled to 7 different cities in Japan and performed a total of 20 times.

They have also sold 50,789 copies of their 8th Japan single in the first week of its release.
