Group Girls' Generation was chosen as the 'Best Jeanist' in Japan.

On October 2, Japan's jean council held their 30th 'Best Jeanist 2013' ceremony. Many famous stars were chosen to be runner ups for first place.

This ceremony started in 1984 and has now become a global trend.

Girls' Generation had recently been chosen to be models for the Japan jean brand, Samantha Thavasa jeans.

Last month, they began selling 9 different colors of skinny jeans that matched the 9 members of the group.
