What's Up This Week With... JYJ! [Week of 9/30-10/6]

Always busy and always popular K-Pop group JYJ made headlines in the past week for a variety of different reasons. Here is a recap of all things JYJ.

Last month when member Kim Jaejoong announced his upcoming solo album and accompanying Asian concert tour, the show's promoters new it was going to be big.

Jaejoong has confirmed dates in Korea and Japan with ticketing sites preparing for a all-out battle for seats.

Interpark, the online ticket agent in Korea, released step-by-step instructions for fans planning on purchasing tickets and the system they have devised will hopefully prevent a server crash. The first round of ticketing starts on October 8 at 8pm KST and the second round begins on October 10.

As many fans are well aware of, JYJ doesn't exactly have the best relationship with their former agency SM Entertainment. Congressman Min Byung Du has requested that SM CEO Lee Soo Man and the three JYJ members appear together in an effort to improve relationships in the entertainment industry.

We will have to wait and see what comes of this request.

What is it about Junsu, Yoochun, and Jaejoong that makes them look so good on red carpets?

Yoochun appeared at the VIP premiere of Hwa-yi on October 2 looking casual in all black and wearing a ski cap.

Meanwhile Junsu headed off to Japan for his XIA 2nd Asia Tour Concert. His agency C-JeS stated, "He will be in Japan for two weeks, and will meet with over 60,000 fans through his concerts at Nagoya and Yokohama. Junsu's arrival in Japan wasn't released publicly, but there were still over 200 fans at the airport to welcome him, and is testament to his popularity in the country."

And of course, if you haven't seen it yet, check out the 'making of' video for JYJ's "Only One" below!
