Miley Cyrus wore only underwear to her "Bangerz" album release party on Tuesday night at Planet Hollywood in New York. Was Miley Cyrus' underwear outfit a wardrobe malfunction?

Miley Cyrus attended the release party for her fourth studio album, "Bangerz" on Tuesday night, and her outfit consisted only of underwear, or at least a lingerie-inspired wardrobe.

Miley Cyrus wore a pink silk bra and matching high-waisted silk mini-skirt or slip, paired with her trademark platform loafers.

She posed for photos with her friends at the "Bangerz" release party, and was sure to keep her fans updated on Twitter too, The Independent reports.

"BangerzreleasepartyNY," she captioned her photos from the night.

Miley posed for a few Twitter pictures, casually holding a cigarette in one.

Was her outfit a wardrobe malfunction? Miley Cyrus is always pushing the boundaries when it comes to her outfits, and though she was certainly lacking a shirt, the color and material of this particular outfit made it more tasteful than what she was wearing earlier.

Earlier that day, at the record signing portion of the release party for "Bangerz," 20-year-old Miley wore shredded white jeans and a tight, long-sleeved white crop top, that was sheer enough to show that she was wearing black star-shaped pasties underneath.

We recently reported that Miley suffered from another wardrobe malfunction. During her performance on the "Today" show on Monday, Miley Cyrus flashed the audience in her white lace short shorts. She wore a loose white crop top with matching white short shorts, hemmed with lace, that cut up very high on her legs. At one point, the paparazzi took close-up shots of Cyrus facing forward, showing that the shorts were just too short, and showed more of Miley than we need to see. Major wardrobe malfunction!
