The Criminal Minds Executive Producer provided juicy details earlier prior the show's 200th episode. According to Erica Messer, "Our 200th episode is going to be a special show," she detailed on her statement.

Erica Messer also spilled that Paget Brewster will return to the show during episode 200. She further stated,"We can't imagine telling this story without Paget being presen," as reported by Christian Post.

Paget Brewster ceased to appear during the show's seventh season though there were brief appearances of his role during the sixth season. Her other roles included CBS show's Emily Prentiss.

Erica Messer further disclosed details to TV Guide. "There's no hearing in this one like,but different characters flash back to fill in the blanks to solve the present-day case, which is JJ in jeopardy." She also said as if a cliff-hanger that "200 is flashback-heavy, but with things fans who've watched all 199 will be happy with. Our goal is to reward everyone who's been with us for 200 episodes."
