'Dancing With The Stars' Contestant Leah Remini To Expose Horrifying Things About Scientology: Will She Also Involve Her Encounters With Tom Cruise And John Travolta?

Former Scientologist and 'Dancing With The Stars' candidate Leah Remini is about to testify against the Church of Scientology on October 15 for the harassment that she got from its leader, David Miscavige.

The 43-year-old actress will have a court appearance after high-ranking couple Monique and Marty Rathbun filed a lawsuit for the treatment that they got from the controversial church.

According to the lawsuit, Miscavige is responsible for intruding the privacy of the Rathbuns. Mrs. Rathbun allegedly suffered from trauma after experiencing disrespectful things from the Church of Scientology's leader: "She has been subjected to numerous aggressive attempts to intimidate her. She has been targeted at home, at work, and anywhere else that she happens to be. She has been harassed, insulted, surveilled, photographed, videotaped, defamed, and humiliated to such a degree as to shock the conscience of any decent law-abiding person."

While Remini will apparently stand by the Rathbuns' side, Ray Jeffrey, the couple's lawyer does not know the specific things the actress will include in her testimony: " I don't want to speak for her, as to what exactly she'll say. Who knows what may come up. Certainly it will delve into her experiences in the church."

Many are wondering whether the 'King of Queens' actress will similarly expose the things she know about her fellow celebrities, Tom Cruise and John Travolta. Both actors are highly-acclaimed members of Scientology.

Although Miscavige remains quiet about the issue, the judge who's handling the case has approved a restraining order for the protection of the Rathbuns.
