Mac OS X Mavericks Release Date Is On October 22 During Apple Event This Fall; MacBook Pro Expects To Be Faster, Sleeker, And Cheaper

The release date of Apple's latest OS X Maverick is due on October 22nd during the Fall Apple Event. The announcment of a new OS from the tech giant came earlier this summer last June, during the WorldWide Developer's Conference. The release date of the Mavericks OS X has been anticipated ever since that announcement. Now, it appears it would be really soon as rumours circulated that Apple has already prepped up its support staff as they undergo training for its latest operation system for its laptop.

According to a report by AllThingsD "People familiar with Apple's plans" have disclosed that the technology giant firm, "will hold its next invitation-only even on Tuesday October 22."

After the sevent Developer Preview another one came after shortly after just three weeks. The eight Developer Preview of Mavericks was just last September. Right now it is available for download for all registered developers thru the Mac App Store.

The Mavericks OS X if fierce with its new features such as the iBooks, a sleeker design for its Maps app and iCalendar, an optimized Safari browser, and iCloud Keychain.

Last year, the preceeding OS, the Mountain Lion OS X, was released for onlly 19.99 USD last 25th of July. The year before that in 2011 it charged 29.99USD for the OS X Lion update. This time the iOS 7 upgrade came as a surprise as it is for free for iDevice users. Changes in rates are most likely very minimal should it be either an increase or decrease.
