The International Business Times claims that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Release Date is set to be released mid-October for T-Mobile and late October for Verizon.

There is a need for HTC to deal with various U.S carriers’ certification which usually is the reason for frequent unintentional delay rollouts at distinct times on different carriers.
