The Most Interesting Drama on TV - Good Doctor

KBS 2TV's medical drama "Good Doctor" was published as the most interesting drama on television by Kobaco's PEI (Program Engagement Index).

"Good Doctor" received a 142.4 rating on the PEI and beat out MBC's "Two Weeks" (141.1) and SBS's "The Master's Sun"(140.6).

PEI is an index created by Kobaco to chart viewer interest. On the index, 100 is the control. Any number higher than 100 means a higher than average interest, and any number lower than 100 means a less than average interest by the viewers.

Kobaco also released their "Interest Tagging System" ranging S, A, B, and C. The "S" tag is only given to the top 16% on the PEI.

MBC's "Two Weeks", "Real Men", "Real Men Special", "Infinite Challenge Special", "Infinite Challenge", "No Complaints UP", "Gold Out", "Scandal", and Dodger pitcher Ryu Hyun Jin's pitching games were among the top 15 programs that received the "S" tag this month. KBS and SBS shared the second spot, with KBS taking three with "Good Doctor", "Drama Special", and "Quiz Show Musketeers" and SBS taking the other three with "The Master's Sun", "I Want to Know", and "Monnani".

How was the PEI measured? Some nine thousand or so viewers between the ages of 13 to 59 were asked to fill in the PEI surveys the day after the original broadcast. The viewers were chosen at random and all voting was done online.
