The 25-year-old 'Rolling in the Deep' singer couldn't hide her excitement after officially acquiring a British driving license.

"I passed my driving test this morning!!!" she eagerly tweeted to her 18 million followers.

Adele's Twitter timeline was eventually filled with congratulatory messages from her fans as well as her fellow celebrities. She reportedly started taking lessons in March because of her 12-month-old son, Angelo. She took lessons simply because she wanted to take out her son frequently without depending on her fiancé, Simon Konecki.

 The singer, who is currently being wooed by Kate Moss and Michelle Obama to perform in their birthday bashes, is proud of her achievement which required hard work and time planning.

"She's never taken a test because of her busy schedule over the past few years. She may have various awards to her name but all she wants is her driving test certificate," an insider told Daily Mail.

While Adele is currently not touring, she has been busy in the studio for her much-anticipated third album. Her latest album will be released mid-2014.
