Stylish Lauren Conrad and her law student fiance William Tell were seen buying lots of alcoholic drinks the same day they officially announced their engagement.

The pretty blonde and her lover made a trip to the high-end grocery story Pavilions on Sunday. The store is located in West Hollywood and is one of the top grocery stores celebrities frequent.

The 27-year-old fashion designer was seen filling up their grocery cart with plenty of booze like wine and several cases of beer. It looked like a big party was being planned out.

The Hills' star stated on her official website this week,"I am very excited to share with you guys that William and I got engaged over the weekend. I am beyond thrilled! Get ready for lots more wedding content here on LaurenConrad.com as we begin the planning process."

Fans showed their support for the California girl. Conrad replied to her Twitter followers' encouragement with a tweet that said,"'Thank you guys for all the sweet messages! It means so much to me :-) Feel like the luckiest girl in the world!'

Aside from a beautiful glow and her fiance next to her, one indication of their engagement was the huge engagement ring on Conrad's finger. The couple has been dating for 2 years.

Jewelry experts like Zaven Ghanimian, who works at Simon G. Jewelry, estimated that the ring is worth anywhere from $20,000 to $40,000. He noted that Conrad's engagement ring has 2 carats and has a round cut.

Even her former best friend's husband Spencer Pratt couldn't keep his excitement for the couple.

The 30-year-old told entertainment reporters,"After all we've been through, Heidi and I both feel very sincerely that Lauren deserves to find happiness. We wish her all the best."

Pratt's wife Heidi Montag used to be Lauren's best friend during their The Hills days. The two blondes found their friendship waned when Conrad showed her disapproval of Pratt years ago.
