"Grey's Anatomy" season 10 is off to a dramatic start, and spoilers have surfaced regarding this week's episode, as well as it Halloween-themed episode a few weeks from now.

According to WetPaint, the episode synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 episode 8, "Thriller," has arrived!

"It's Halloween, and the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial are hit with a barrage of spooky patients, which affects their own plans and puts one doctor's well-being in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Derek collaborates with Ben [Jason George] on a new surgical technique, and Richard angers Baily when he asks a second-year resident to perform his next surgery, on a special Halloween episode. Jason George ('Mistresses') guest-stars."

That's right, according to spoilers, "Thriller" will see the return of Bailey's husband Ben, and clearly, his surgical fellowship in Los Angeles must be going well.

But who is the second-year resident who will do Richard's procedure?

Meanwhile, "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 episode 5 will see a rift occur between Meredith and Cristina, possibly foreshadowing Sandra Oh's exit at the end of season 10.

"They're putting her on the mommy track," Pompeo says to Hollywood Reporter. "Meredith doesn't think she's being supported by anybody in this episode, so she's getting angry. This is the beginning of their break-up, where Cristina doesn't believe that Meredith can be the same type of surgeon because she has kids."

"Meredith feels betrayed, like Cristina is not supporting her. She's just judging her and saying, 'You can't be a great surgeon because you want to be a great mom,' and that's it -- she's just writing her off because she thinks her focus is elsewhere. I'm not sure where the writers are going, but I'm hoping they show she's either going to have to step up her game and prove them wrong or go the other way and not be a surgeon and leave the hospital, too."

But wait, if Meredith leaves, what will become of "Grey's Anatomy?"

Don't worry, if these spoilers indicate anything, Cristina will most likely begin a separation of sorts with Grey Sloan Memorial.
