Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle is pregnant-and she's reunited with Jason Bell, her ex-fiancé and a football player. She's now confirmed that he is the dad of the baby-to-be.

Nadine was shocked to learn she was pregnant this summer, she revealed.

However, she was also surprised of all the speculation over the father of her baby's identity. "I think we just forgot to tell everyone we were together," she said of Bell.

Coyle added, "When I said I was pregnant I thought, 'Why's everyone wondering who it is?'

"Then I remembered, 'Oh yes, that's right. I do stuff on TV and people are confused. So this clears it up!'"

However, she is surprised that she was the first in the band, Girls Aloud, to have a baby.

"I think I was the least likely to be the first to have a baby... it would always come up.

"A couple of the other girls had wanted babies for a long time but I said no way... It was definitely a shock, but I was really, really happy."

Bell said: "I've never felt excitement like this in my whole life. Knowing we're having a baby takes it to another level."
