Miley Cyrus apparently has a new boyfriend...and the man in she's dating, Theo Wenner, has a celeb dating history.

Liam Hemsworth is out of the picture. Instead Miley, 20, has moved on from her ex-fiancee Liam Hemsworth to Theo Wenner, 26.

Theo Wenner, Miley's new boyfriend, is the Rolling Stone magazine heir, and he already dated Liv Tyler, 36, in 2011.

An inside source said, 'She's definitely dating him.'

After her broken engagement to Hemsworth, Miley seems to be moving along rapidly. Miley has a new album Bangerz, and a new boyfriend.

Cyrus apparently 'communicates with Wenner several times a day and says the pair are dating, albeit casually.'

The source close to Cyrus added, 'Miley talks about how hot Theo is and how nice he's been to her. She's definitely completely in lust with him.'

Miley recently got in more controversy by telling an interviewer she "won't take career advice from an old Jewish man".

Cyrus apparently left the Bangerz release party early to meet with Wenner. Flowers that arrived were apparently from Wenner and not Mike Will Made It or Juicy J, other rumored current possible boyfriends.

'He didn't come to the release party, but she snuck out at one point and went and met him at The Plaza,' the insider said.

Despite the backlash after controversy at the VMAs, Miley seems to be enjoying a high point in her career.

It's certainly a long way from Hannah Montana...but is that enough?

Wenner is the son of Rolling Stone magazine owner Jan Wenner....and he and Miley seem to be hitting it off famously.
