Fifty Shades Of Grey Cast [UPDATE]: Jamie Dornan, Alexander Skarsgard In Contention To Replace Charlie Hunnam? Dakota Johnson Struggling With Media Scrutiny

The "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie cast may be on the edge of falling apart, but as Charlie Hunnam leaves the Christian Grey role, other names are quickly coming into play.

As many "Fifty Shades of Grey" fans know, former lead Charlie Hunnam has left the project.

"This isn't a surprise, because what he was taking on with this role was not what Charlie wants in his future career. The attention and the pressure was intense. More than anything he hates attention and being in 'Fifty Shades of Grey' would force him to do lots of media," says a source to THR.

"That's really not his thing. Charlie doesn't want to be massively famous. Plus, he hates conforming and being told what to do. This role would force him to have to be something he is not."

And it seems even Dakota Johnson is struggling with being part of the cast of "Fifty Shades of Grey."

"When she first got the role, it was way too much for her," says another source to E! Online.

But the question remains, who will be the next Christian Grey?

Right now, two names appear in the forefront: Jamie Dornan and Alexander Skarsgard.

According to Telegraph, Jamie Dornan ("Once Upon a Time") is being considered to replace Hunnam. Alexander Skarsgard, meanwhile, has always been a fan-favorite to inhabit the role, and with the "Fifty Shades of Grey" shake-up, could have that chance again.
