iPhone 5s Price Hike In France, 5c Also Gets Higher Price Tag

Every year, Apple has the bad habit of pricing its devices higher than their predecessors. That was also the case with the iPhone 5s price, but recent reports show that the company has placed a higher price tag.

In a report by GSM Arena, the Cupertino company 'quietly' increased the prices of its iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c in France. This is confirmed by the slightly higher prices on the manufacturer's website.

Thankfully, the increase was not that significant.

An iPhone 5s with 16GB of memory will get a €10 increase, the 32GB €12 and the 64GB variant will have an €18 increase. Meanwhile, the iPhone 5c will receive a €10 and €12 increase based on its storage options.

According to the report, the increase may be Apple's way of adjusting to conversions between the U.S. Dollar and the Euro. As a company that is well-known in protecting its profit, Apple have applied the changes right away.

We are expecting a word from the company regarding the increase in a matter of days.
