Upcoming Android Tablets 2013: LG G Pad Hits US Market, Price Starts At Just $349.99

In recent months, LG has been following its own schedule in releasing devices. It announced the G2 ahead of IFA, and a few weeks later it unveiled the G Pad 8.3. Now, the latter is officially available in the US. If you are looking for top-notch upcoming Android tablets for 2013, you should definitely check this out.

According to GSM Arena, interested buyers can now pre-order on Best Buy online with free shipping throughout the US. The LG G Pad 8.3 will retail at just $349.99 unlocked.

Those who will pre-order would get the Android slate on November 3.

Meanwhile, the report says release date for other countries such as Ireland and the UK may be set by the end of October.

In case it is your first time seeing this device, the LG G Pad 8.3 sports an 8.3" screen with 1920x1200 pixel resolution, a Snapdragon 600 chipset, quadcore 1.7Ghz CPU, 16GB of internal memory, 2GB of RAM, microSD support, a 5MP primary camera, 1.3MP front cam, and a heavy-duty 4,600mAh battery.

The G Pad 8.3 sure has a number of competitors in the market such as the Sony Xperia Z Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), but its aggressive pricing may work in its favor.
