Kim Kardashian’s Diet Secret Is Finally Revealed! Nori’s Mom Is Back To Wearing Sexy Dresses After Losing 70 Pounds

Barely four months after giving birth to daughter North West, Kim Kardashian is back to her pre-baby voluptuous body. The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' actress suffered criticism from media because of her post-birth figure.

Kanye West's girlfriend must have been so inspired that she quickly regained her envious curves leaving critics wondering about her secret. The reality actress is not selfish in sharing her weight loss secret. On her Twitter page, she answered a fan's query about her diet: "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it RT @AlwaysKhloverxo: Need to know@KimKardashian secret on how she's lost so much weight"

The Atkins diet, which first surfaced in the early 2000s, has been scrutinized for its risk to one's cardiovascular health. In the said diet, followers are mandated to replace starchy carbohydrates with food that is high in fat and cholesterol.

 "Kim Kardashian wanted a balanced and effective way to lose weight following her pregnancy and she chose Atkins. She ate lots of lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. She experienced previous success on the plan, and knew she needed something that works," explained Atkins Nutritionals Vice President Colette Heimowitz.

The actress was similarly seen working out with her partner West after attending Barry's Bootcamp session in Sherman Oaks, California.

Kardashian's post-baby weight is now unnoticeable and according to recent reports, she has dropped more than 70 pounds. "She's embracing her curvier body. She is such a beautiful woman," gushed Kardashian's personal trainer Tracy Anderson.

The new mother loves her figure that she is now back to wearing her favorite cleavage-baring body-con dresses.
