Miley Cyrus Billboard Top 200 No.1: She’s Not Just “Queen of Twerk” But Is Now Currently “Queen of U.S. Billboard 200 Album Chart”

Miley Cyrus Billboard Top 200 at No. 1 Oh yes! Miley Cyrus can't be stopped. The "we can't stop" singer has nabbed the no. 1 slot in the U.S. Billboard 200 Album Chart from Panic!  At the Disco and Pusha T.

The infamous "bangerz" album has made it number one, by selling 270,000 copies in its first week, figures are according to Nielsen SoundScan.

"We Can't Stop," reached the No. 2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and "Wrecking Ball" gave Cyrus her first No. 1 song on the Hot 100. This achievement made it possible for her to reach the number one slot in the Billboard 200 Album Chart.

This isn't her first time at the top, however. "Bangerz" counts Cyrus' fifth No. 1 album since 2006. Next to "Breakout," which sold 371,000 copies during its first week and "Hanna Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus," with around 326,000 copies, "Bangerz" is Miley's third most successful album.

"Wrecking Ball" may have given Miley her first No. 1 song on the Hot 100, but it also gave her numerous backlashes from the public and celebrities alike. The Irish singer Sinead O'Connor gave the "wrecking ball" singer an open letter saying: "I am extremely concerned for you that those around you have led you to believe, or encouraged you in your own belief, that it is in any way 'cool' to be naked and licking sledgehammers in your videos."

Cyrus' "Bangerz" album topped seven new debut records in the top 10 Billboard 200 chart this week. Panic! At the Disco settled at No. 2 from its album "Too Weird to Live, To Rare to Die!" selling 84,000 copies. While rapper Pusha T landed at No. 4 with his "My Name is My Name."

Justin Timberlake's "The 20/20 Experience" still holds the record for this year, with debut sales of over 900,000 copies a rather large margin from Miley's 274,000 copies.
