Lady Gaga Teases Fans With New Artpop Single Mary Jane Holland, The Dope Song About Mother Monster? [Video]

Lady Gaga new ArtPop single Mary Jane Holland snippet was released on Tuesday, in sync with Mother Monster's promise to give her fans a full experience of the ArtPop.

Mary Jane Holland is the fifth single in her new album that will release on November 11, 2013.

The music of Mary Jane Holland is trippy yet preppy with an active chorus supporting Lady Gaga's mid-tempo rendition to the dope song.

Mary Jane Holland, it is speculated, explores the dark zone of Lady Gaga's life, her addiction to drugs. The allusion to Amsterdam, the haven for weed smokers, points to Lady's love of the grass.

Her ode to grass is complete with 'When I ignite the flames and put you in my mouth/
The grass heats up my insides and my brunette starts to sprout.'

Possibility of it being related to Born This Way singer's life is on the higher side, more so 'coz she sings, 'I know that Mom and Dad think I'm a mess/ But it's alright, because/ I am rich as piss.

The 'Poker Face' singer is battling out with One Direction's Story of My Life on the music charts. While 1D's latest cover song is reigning at the top position, Lady Gaga's ArtPop singles, Applause, Do What You Want and Venus are not a part of the top 10.

But the self proclaimed peace loving Mother Monster is not bothered with the battle; she tweeted her wishes and love to One Direction on Monday:

The Mary Jane Holland snippet looks promising and Lady Gaga fans, the little monsters, are waiting for the release of the full song and video. As promised, Lady Gaga will also be performing the song live for a select few audience at a surprise venue.

She performed 'Gypsy' in Berlin and 'Do What you Want & Venus at G-A-Y, London where Lady Gaga stripped down entirely on the stage.
