Fifty Shades of Grey casting has been going through some tough time lately as the star who's supposed to play the leading role, Charlie Hunnam, has dropped out from the project.

Eventually the casting team has found a replacement through Jamie Dornan of BBC's drama series "The Fall." A Northern Irish model and actor known for his provocative and revealing poses for Calvin Klein, Dior and Armani.

Eventually, the movie production has been delayed for a month. Originally, the movie was due for filming on November but was moved to December 2 instead. A move made by the production team to allow Jamie in learning his role as the sadomasochist billionaire Christian Grey.

With the movie nearing production date, the casting team must be working doubly hard in looking for the film's other character or at least its major ones.

Moreover, the team has called "How To Make It In America" star Victor Rasuk, 29, to portray the role of Jose Rodriguez, Anastasia's aspiring photographer classmate, who secretly has fallen in love with her.

Prior to Rasuk's casting, HBO's "True Blood" star Luke Grimes has been cast to play Christian Grey's brother, Elliot Grey. Another major character in the movie, Anatasia Steele's mother will be played by "The King's Speech" actress Jennifer Ehle. On the other hand, Kat Kavanagh, Ana's bestfriend is yet to be cast.

Now, only one major character is yet to be filled, hopefully Fifty Shades of Grey's casting team will find Ana's sister before production starts on December 2 to February 20 of next year.

In addition, the movie adaptation based on the erotic best-selling novel of E.L. James Fifty Shades of Grey creators have called upon "Wolverine" writer, Mark Bomback to join the scriptwriting team to do some script revamping on the movie. Mark will be writing alongside Kelly Marcel and Patrick Marber, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and produced by Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti.

The movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on August 1, 2014.
