Chris Brown Rehab Stint Not Impressing Probation Department; Singer Admits To Major Anger Management Problem

Chris Brown’s rehab stint so far has led to a revelation that the singer has major anger management problems, the Daily Mail reports. The 24-year-old pop star is currently in rehab receiving psychological counseling.

Chris Brown checked into a treatment facility in Malibu, California on Tuesday after being arrested for assault when he broke a man’s nose outside a hotel in Washington, DC last Sunday.

The “Fine China” singer and his lawyer, Mark Gergaros, met with the new probation officer for an hour long chat on Friday where he confessed to having the anger issue. Daily Mail reports that he also discussed his decision to voluntarily seek help and get treatment during the meting.

Chris’s move, however, to deal with the situation doesn’t seem to impress his officers from the Los Angeles Probation Department. TMZ.com said that a source from inside the agency has told them that, “They’re gunning for Chris.”

In an earlier report, the celebrity’s probation officers thought his decision to get into rehab was “too little, too late,” despite him expected to stay in the facility for three more months.

Probation officials are set to submit a report to the judge overseeing Chris’s probation which stemmed from his assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 next week.

The video footage of the controversial singer assaulting a man has yet to surfaced. TMZ’s source have said that there are various cameras in the surrounding area, connected to the hotel where the incident took place.

Both the police and legal team of Chris Brown has tried to look for a video footage with no success. According to the Daily Mail, the lack of video footage could give Chris an advantage.

A Secret Service agent who has been said to be in the vicinity when the commotion took place would witness claims that he overheard the alleged victim to have told the police officer that the singer, “did not punch him.”

D.C. officers has since denied that the victim said those words.

In 2011, Chris Brown had a fit of rage when he broke windows at “Good Morning America” after an interview where he was asked about Rihanna. He smashed a window and stormed out shirtless off the set.
