Usain Bolt of Jamaica is acknowledged as the 'World's Fastest Man' since winning the 100 meter dash in the past two Olympics.

It seems like he's also just as fast in other things. Bolt has released his memoir entitled "Faster Than Lightning." It reveals some candid facts about the legendary athlete.

With quotes from the New York Post, here are some little known facts about Usain Bolt:

Usain Bolt loves Chicken McNuggets. Here's one big argument for those who accuse McDonald's of making them fat. Usain Bolt loves McNuggets and he ate more than 1,000 Chicken McNuggets during the Beijing Olympics.

Bolt explains that he finds Chinese food "odd" so he became a frequent visitor to an American (and now worldwide) staple-McDonald's, specifically the Chicken McNuggets.

He narrates: "At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it."

Most athletes in the Olympics were treated like rock stars, and Bolt was one of the biggest. He was 'in a relationship' when he arrived in Beijing, but that later became 'complicated' with his newfound fame. Nevertheless, he and his first girlfriend Jamaican runner Mizicann Evans, whom he dated for five years, had a strange agreement.

"Ladies threw themselves (at me). I was able to get any lady I wanted . . . I could walk into a party and take my pick. I would go into a club and think, 'Hmm, a'ight, which one? You . . . ? You . . . ? Oh, you! Let's do this.' "

 "We had one rule: If I was doing my thing with someone else and Mizzi didn't know, then she was cool. But if she found out that something had happened between me and another girl, then that person had to go."

As a rule, what you don't know won't hurt you. Apparently, Mizzi did know, and now the couple has split. Bolt became a little too fast for his own good.
