Nexus 10 2 Release Date: Google’s Full-Sized Android Tablet With LTE Support Expected To Arrive Before Christmas?

A specific Nexus 10 2 release date has not yet been announced, but it is still believed that the 10-inch tablet will arrive before the year ends.

Previous speculations suggested that Nexus 10 2 release date would coincide with the arrival of the other upcoming products from Google. However, the internet search giant had already launched its new smartphone, the Nexus 5, as well as its latest mobile operating system, the Android 4.4 KitKat, but still, no official statement about the Nexus 10 2 release date has been revealed.

Despite the lack of a specific Nexus 10 2 release date, PC Advisor posted that Nexus 10 2 release date is still expected to arrive before Christmas, most likely just in time for the holiday and shopping season. If this Nexus 10 2 release date will push through, it will most probably be revealed this month.

Moreover, a new Nexus 10 2 release date rumor has emerged suggesting that the arrival of the 10-inch tablet may be delayed because of the Nexus 8, which is rumored to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and the recently launched, iPad Mini with Retina display. According to a post on International Business Times, the photo of the alleged tablet was discovered on the updated page for Android's "Apps and Entertainment" page, which depicts a "lady holding a tablet that appears to be neither the Nexus 7 nor Nexus 10." The device is also running with Android 4.4 KitKat OS.

As for the specs, Nexus 10 2 is expected to have the same 10.1-inch screen and a resolution of 2560 x 1600 resolution. Furthermore, speculations about the Nexus 10 2 also suggest that it will be powered by a nVidia Tegra 4 chipset and 2 GB RAM. The internal storage capacity could be up to 32 GB.
