In an exclusive event hosted by the Huffington Post last November 4, Russell Brand confirms that he is presently in a relationship. Despite the confirmation of the 38-year-old comedian, he opted not to name the person he is currently seeing.

Brand's rumored girlfriend is 39-year-old Jemima Khan, a writer who works as Vanity Fair's editor-at-large as well New Statesman's associate editor. The two have been recently spotted walking arm in arm while exploring the wonders of Shoreditch.

The 'Arthur' actor previously admitted to The Guardian that he was smitten by a particular someone: "[I am] presently beleaguered by a nerdish, whirling dervish, and am eschewing all others".

Another name that has surfaced is Ferne McCann, a 23-year-old reality TV actress. However, brand denied such dating rumors by tweeting: "I've literally never seen this human."

Apart from his relationship status, Brand was likewise asked if he would label himself a "misogynist": "I don't think I'm sexist. But I remember my grandmother, the loveliest person I've ever known, but she was racist, but I don't think she knew. No official reason was disclosed although the 'Roar' singer expressed her pain upon discovering that Brand frequently used her as a laughable subject for his comedy shows.
