Denise Richards Giving Up On Charlie Sheen’s 4-year Old Twins, Bob and Max – “I Feel My Hands Are Tied In Providing Them The Proper Help,” As Told By The Wild Things Actress

Amidst all the drama between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, their kids seem to suffer the most. Earlier today, TMZ reported that Denise Richards, the only person who seems to be concerned with the 4-year old twins Bob and Max, wrote a letter to L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services informing them that she will no longer take custody of the boys.

This is truly a sad news for the kids as they have found a loving shelter from the "Wild Things" star who have offered her home for them, took care and fed them, all will now come to an end.

Radar Online has obtained the letter to DCFS written by Denise herself. In the letter Richards seemed very heartbroken with her decision as she have loved the boys and treated them as her own.

Richards revealed how Bob and Max became violent towards not only their family dogs but with their sisters and other others, including herself aswell.

"Unfortunately, I have seen them get worse with increased contact with their mom and I am unable to obtain for them proper assessments and professional help. I have seen the boys' continuing violence towards animals, their sisters and adults. This recent decision means the girl's can't continue their relationship with their dad," as told by Richards.

According to Richards, the boys were "very kind and loving" and they treated her father as one of their grandfathers and Eloise, her youngest as their own sister.

She also said that the twins "seemed very calm and content and happy at our home," but after their increased visits to their mother, Brooke Mueller the boys changed and "displayed a violent anger that was uncontrollable."

Richards shared that, "Mine and Charlie's daughters have been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spit on. Myself and anyone around them have also experienced this. My daughter Sami had to be taken to the doctor after getting hit in the eye with a toy when Bob came home with from a visit with his mom."

The actress also explained how she tried to do everything to help the boys and understand what they're going through but she felt that she can no longer take care of them due to their mother's decision of not letting her take the kids to a therapist and she also felt that her "hands are tied."

"I was committed and willing to care for the boys and do everything I could to provide for them until their mom gets well. However, given I don't have permission to get them the care and help they need I'm not able to provide the care that I believe is in their best interest. I have made endless requests for additional psychological help for the boys and explained in detail why. Nothing has happened. This is a very difficult decision to make, but necessary under these circumstances. It's become unsafe in my home at times with their behavior. I can't risk anything happening to my daughters or anyone else in my home. For that I have to step aside at this time. I'm here to help make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved and hope that my daughters will still maintain their relationship with their brothers as well as myself."
